About the doctor

Paediatrician & Neonatologist

Dr. Meera Deshpande looks after children from newborns to teenagers: vaccinations, growth checks, fevers and everything in between. Parents describe her as patient and easy to reach.

Dr. Meera trained at B.J. Medical College, Pune, and spent six years in the neonatal unit of a large Mumbai hospital before returning home to Nashik.

Do you give vaccines on Sundays?

Yes, during the Sunday morning OPD from 11 am to 1 pm. Please message ahead so the vaccine is ready.

Can I call for advice at night?

For emergencies, please go to the nearest hospital. For non-urgent questions, WhatsApp us and we will reply in the morning.

Are sick and healthy children seated separately?

Yes. There is a separate waiting area for children with fever or cough.

Do you see teenagers?

Yes, Dr. Meera sees children up to 18 years of age.
